How do I turn the virtual cube?
Drag a sticker to turn a layer and drag the empty background to orbit. On a keyboard you can also press U, D, R, L, F or B, and hold Shift for a counter-clockwise turn.
Which cube sizes can I play?
Play mode supports 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5.
Can I learn to solve the cube here?
Yes. The written guides cover notation, the white cross and the first layer, and the Learn tab in the simulator is an interactive course with exercises.
Does Cuby solve the cube for me?
No. It does not solve a scrambled cube automatically. In the Learn course, goal exercises have a hint button that shows a suggested solution for that exercise.
Is my best time saved?
Yes, on the same browser: the best time for each cube size is stored locally on your device. It is not shared and has no ranking.
